Tennis is run by US Sports Institute, separately from the Closter Recreation program.
Age: 5.0 to 18+ yrs.
Season: Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter
Type: Weekly Classes, running for 6-8 weeks
Ball Progressions: Red Ball (Ages 5-8), Orange Ball (Ages 8-11), and Green Ball (Ages 11-15)

Our year-round Tennis Programs introduce players of all skill levels to the game in a fun, supportive environment. From beginner-friendly classes for young children to intermediate instruction for developing players, participants build fundamental skills, coordination, and confidence through engaging drills and gameplay. Classes run weekly in 6–8 week sessions and are led by professional coaches. No parent involvement is required. Equipment is provided for younger players; older participants should bring their own racket. Each child receives a complimentary Dri-Fit shirt.
